Lithium cobalt oxide batteries, as one of the earliest lithium batteries, have advantages such as high energy density and long lifespan. The positive electrode material is lithium cobalt oxide, which can provide higher energy density and voltage. However, the cost of lithium cobalt oxide batteries is relatively high, and thermal runaway may also occur during the charging and discharging process.
