Method For Replacing Lithium Batteries in Electric Forklifts

1. Prepare raw materials, including stainless steel plate battery box, 60V24AH lithium battery for electric vehicle assembly, lithium battery must be electric vehicle power battery.
2. String 20 lithium batteries together, totaling 8 strings.
3. Connect 8 lithium batteries in series and use a baffle and tape as an insulation layer.
4. Tape fixation, welding maintenance line in series.
5. Wrap the insulation layer of the lithium battery with heat shrink film on the string, connect the maintenance board, prepare the insulation layer, and avoid short circuit faults.
6. Short circuit faults in lithium batteries pose significant risks. After covering the lithium battery with heat shrink film, the electric vehicle can be assembled with the lithium battery and then installed into the electric vehicle.
